Fitness Concepts Through Exercise

I rather enjoyed this course for multiple reasons, but mostly because the required use of a tracking device, like a FitBit, helped me push myself to complete daily step requirements and think about my personal health more. While I still participate in sports and didn’t feel I had to worry about my fitness, I hadn’t taken a gym course since middle school and missed out on the health section. PHED helped me better understand and think about my fitness outside of sports, but also my eating habits, and how to stay healthy through the interactive presentations and study guides.
