My sophomore year at Longwood University, I took a Digital Media class where I was introduced to filming and editing videos. I had the chance to produce this video of Longwood’s tennis coaches and their friendship. These two coaches were best friends in Venezuela growing up, moved to Florida together, and now they are in Farmville, VA coaching together.
Another video I created my sophomore year of college was a hype video for Longwood’s Women’s Lacrosse Team. Through this video, I was able to capture game footage and capture how close the team is with one another. While filming this video, I had to think a lot about the nat sounds that would be good for the video, and creative shots that would really make this a hype video.

My anchor, Kurt Martin and I had the chance to be anchors in our classes NewsBreak which is where we had reporters go and get stories for us and we were able to lead the show. Producer: Miranda Farley, Director: Tj Wengret, & Graphics: Matthew Carpenter.
I had the chance to create a video for the Appomattox County Public Animal Shelter. I made this video for the shelter and for the public to see that there are animals that need a home.
