To satisfy Goal 1, I took Longwood seminar. Also known as LSEM, this class is mandatory for all incoming freshman. I was grouped with fellow honors students. In this class we learned how to succeed academically, socially and physically during our time at Longwood University and more specifics about the Cormier Honor’s College. This class was an excellent introduction to college life and I found it to be informative and reassuring.
