Commitment:
I am very disciplined when it comes to committing to tasks. Once I agree and say yes to something, I will get it done no matter how hard I have to work for it. My mindset is dedicated to work for a goal and achieve it. Tied together with commitment is hard work, and I can proudly say that I am a very hard worker. The more I am challenged, the better I can improve and the more I learn.
Motivated:
I am a very internally motivated person. I achieve goals because I really want to reach them for myself and own desire. Even if I don’t have cheerleaders to help me through, I will still want to finish and do my best with my own will power. Along with being motivated myself, I also like to motivate other to do and be their best. This leadership pairs well with growing up playing sports. I was captain of two sports teams in high school, because I like to win and help others grow to be their best, while also having fun.
