As the Research and Assessment intern for the office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Longwood University I conducted research in order to better the Longwood Greek system as a whole. This could range from adding new Greek chapters on campus to looking at how other school manage their Greeks and possibly employing those tactics here at Longwood. For the Assessment portion I create surveys and send them tot all who attended the Greek life events. After looking at their responses I create a report that lists the peoples input and shows how we could improve the event overall for next time.
