Goal 11: Physical Activity

My Physical Activity goal was fulfilled by PHED 101, which focused on how to make healthy choices with our time. We had to log 10,000 steps a day (or 70,000 a week) and turn them in bi-weekly. We had to talk about the week, and why each day was as active or inactive as it was. My artifact is a project I did about mindless eating. It can be found in the link below.
