Leadership: I am very comfortable taking the lead in projects or assignments. I am able to work well with others and know when to take a back seat, but I have the management skills necessary in order to take charge when the opportunity presents itself. I am full of so many ideas which helps me step up, I enjoy a good challenge which helps me when I am leading. I am also very comfortable handling confrontation, which helps manage each person to be a functioning team.
Interpersonal communication skills: I am very aware of the people around me. Whenever I am speaking with someone or working with someone I consistently read emotional, physical and environmental cues in order to communicate as effectively as possible. I take social cues into consideration during any interaction I face.
Coding: I taught myself how to work with CSS and HTML coding styles. This website was made with many elements of CSS coding. I feel this skill was very practical for me to learn, as it helps me with branding myself in the exact way I want. The brilliant thing about coding is you are able to personalize every detail that you want, which was a helpful skill to pick up.
Microsoft Office Suite: As a millennial and college student I have become proficient and confident in using each of the programs in the Microsoft Office Suite. I am also a very quick learner when it comes to technological issues.
French: I have now been studying French for two and a half years and it has become one of my greatest passions. I am proficient in the language, after living with a French family for a month over a summer.
