WGST395

Another honors class I took my sophomore year was WGST395: Reproductive Justice. I absolutely loved this class, because women’s health is something I am passionate about. We learned all about the history of women’s health, including the stipulations of healthcare for different communities (e.g. race, LGBTQ+, age, etc.). We read countless articles, watched multiple movies, and discussed all of the “tough” or “taboo” topics that so many people want to avoid. Dr. DS was a great guide in teaching us all about the history, both good and bad, about women’s health and all that comes with it.
