Correspondence

Reflection:

The correspondence letters were assigned into two forms, a bad news letter, and a persuasive letter.  Each letter had extremely specific rules to follow in order to complete the format and content correctly.  These assignments heavily covered outcomes two and four.  The correspondence required that we know how to format a letter, as well as, requiring the knowledge of how to effectively say no to a request.  After completing these two correspondence letters, I believe I gained experience in formatting professional writing and using clear and concise plain English.
