Academic Affairs – Enrollment Management

  • Develop Enrollment Management publications and presentations designed to educate the campus community about current enrollment trends of current and prospective students as well as current practices on-campus.
  • Research best practices in retention and recruitment and identify if the strategies are appropriate for the Longwood community as well as interpret how the strategies could be implemented.
  • Assist in reviewing policies and procedures to determine areas where clarification is needed.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data concerning enrollment patterns of students including quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Coordinate the Enrollment Management Team meetings including collection and development of agenda items.
  • Assist the AVP for Enrollment Management with administrative tasks.
