- Plans, organizes, and executes campus-wide programs focused on diversity, intercultural competence, and inclusivity
- Assists with the advising and development of leadership workshops and trainings for the multicultural student organizations; chaperones some off-campus activities
- Advises students involved in C.L.A.S.S. Mentor program
- Assists in developing programs and services designed to retain students from historically underrepresented population
- Serves as the coordinator for the A.S.K. Program
- Assists with all stages of division-wide assessment projects designed to create a culture of accountability and commitment to continuous program improvement and student learning
- Assists with the upkeep of the Academic Affairs / Student Affairs Collaboration Team website and programming calendar
