- Plan, coordinate, and market the Building Lancers into Leaders workshop series – 3 workshops per semester
- Develop, plan, and track an incentive program for clubs and organizations
- Develop resources for club and organization members and advisors
- Serve on Family Weekend Committee
- Serve on the Citizen Leader Awards committee
