Part-Time, Spring only
- Create summit’s website and, over the project’s length, be responsible for website maintenance and updates
- Work with project coordinators in development & dissemination of the Call for Proposals (CFP)
- Oversee both the online & paper receipt and management of submissions in response to the CFP and manage flow of submitted materials for the selection process
- The weekend of the online summit, the assistant will work with various parties to take scheduled events live and aid in other tasks such as discussion page moderation and troubleshooting uploads
