Career Success Graduate Assistants are a critical part of the operation of Longwood University’s Center for Career Success. GAs support general office administration and are provided training in Career Coaching techniques to provide direct services to students through one-on-one career counseling and readiness appointments. GAs also assist in managing the Center’s “Dress for Success” Career Closet, support campus career events (professional panels, career fairs and professional networking meet-and-greets), provide classroom and workshop presentations, and work collaboratively with the alumni engagement team.
