The Psychology Department Graduate Research Assistant will support departmental efforts to attract and retain undergraduates. Responsibilities are likely to include individual and group academic advising, professional development for first generation students, and internship advising, but the specifics can be tailored to the strengths and interests of the graduate assistant. Applicants should understand that direct support (academic, career & socioemotional) of undergraduates is the focus of this role.
