I love to volunteer at home and when living on-campus. I have served in my community for the homeowner’s association where I live, for big organizations like REI and Toys for Tots, and for local government as an election page in my county. After coming to Longwood, I wanted to continue to do service for my campus and community. I attended various events with the honors college and was an honors retreat mentor two years in a row. In the fall semester of my junior year, I decided to join the service fraternity on campus, Alpha Phi Omega. As a member of this organization, I have completed more than 50 hours of volunteer work for my brotherhood, campus, community, and nation.
