At the beginning of the year, we learned about rhetorical terms, terministic screen, and how to dissect a document or book. The only thing that I was aware of before taking English 400 was how to dissect a reading and rhetorical terms/terministic screen was new to me. The following documents are journal entries that I did during this time, in which I answered questions that the professor gave me and how I interpreted the readings that we were given. In turn, I learned how to use these terms for my own writings and know how the audience will interpret them.
