I have had leadership opportunities while in Alpha Sigma Tau, my sorority. I held the position of Vice President of Organisational Development. In this position, I had the opportunity to create formal events and I was in charge of holding trials for those who were being put on probation or those who had the potential risk of being put on probation. I also would have to be in charge of deescalating tense situations and potential arguments.
