By the end of services, the client will be able to identify 2 of their triggers in regard to their depression and anxiety.

By the end of services, the client will be able to identify at least 3 coping strategies to address depression and anxiety.
Objectives:
- Learn what coping strategies are
- Discuss when and how to use coping strategies
Agenda: 50 minutes with a 10-minute break
- Regroup and get settled in -5 minutes
- Reflection about the group- 15 minutes
- Group discussion- 8 minutes
- Break- 10 minutes
- Group feedback/form/post evaluation- 12 minutes
- Termination- 5 minutes

Discuss group topics and allow group members to complete a group discussion.
Group feedback/form:
Participants will get into groups and discuss what went well and what they loved most about the group. This time is for the group to discuss the facilitators and learn what others in their groups got out of the sessions. A sheet of paper will then be passed out for group members to write down recommendations for future sessions if they feel comfortable.
Post-assessment will be filled out.
Termination:
The group members will be thanked for their time.
Any last-minute questions will be answered.
The participants will be thanked for attending and assured that everything within the meeting will remain confidential.
