I thought this image successfully represented my aspirations of growing in my leadership skills. I feel like every employee is capable of bringing something to the table that can benefit a group. As long as all of those employees are connected, then something can be accomplished. With the right leader, any task may be completed if we are able to connect and cooperate with one another.
