This assignment has allowed me to reflect on my experience in this class. I was able to reflect after each chapter when writing the journals. When creating my e-portfolio I was able to review those reflections and think more about what I have learned and how I have already implemented some leadership concepts in my interactions with others. It also gave me a chance to reflect on what I still need to work to improve as I go into my field placement and other aspects of my life. I think this class and this assignment have given me more information about who I am as a leader and what kind of leader and follower I want to be. This is also a useful tool to display my leadership experience and style to others. I will continue implementing concepts from this class as I strive to become a better leader through new experiences.
