The dependent variable used for this chi-squared test was family involvement and was measured on a scale of 0-10. The independent variable used for this test was income. They were each broken into two groups which consisted of low income, high income, not involved, and involved. There were 4 low-income families that were not involved and 28 low-income families that were involved. There were 0 high-income families that were not involved and there were 40 high income families that were involved. There is no significant difference between low-income family involvement and high-income family involvement.
