The dependent variable used for this ANOVA was family involvement. This was measured on a scale of 0-10. The independent variable used for this ANOVA was income. This was separated into three groups which consist of “low income”, “medium income”, and “high income”. The mean involvement for low-income families was 7.37 out of 10. The mean involvement for medium income families was 9 out of 10 while the mean involvement for high income families was 10 out of 10. These means are significantly different at the .01 level.
