This course was a 2 credit course that only met once a week. While it was a very easy class that did not require much effort, it was still beneficial. We were required to wear a FitBit everyday and create a report every two weeks showing how many steps we got and reflecting on why we got as many as we did. Wearing the FitBit and doing those reports helped me learn more about myself and my activity level. It helped me make more conscious decisions to do healthier things, such as take the stairs instead of the elevator.
