Welcome!

This psychoeducational group is about mental health for the women ages 17 and up in Ghana. The group will be held over a time period of 8 sessions and each session will be approximately and hour and 15 minutes. This group will go over common mental illnesses and coping strategies.

The purpose of this group is to educate the women in Ghana about mental health and to provide coping strategies that will help manage these symptoms.

My name is Grace Kerstetter and I am one of the creators of this group! I am a senior social work student at Longwood University. Post graduation I plan to work and later get my MSW.
