SPSS:

For this study, the dependent variable was family involvement which was measured on a 0-10 scale on the survey. The independent variable was the level of education received by the parent. That was asked on a scale from 1 which was “Less than High School” to 4 which was “College Degree or higher”, and it had an additional option which was “Prefer not to answer”. Based on the correlation findings (c=-0.07), there is a weak negative correlation between involvement and education.
