My short-term goals are comprised of earning a bachelor’s in social work degree from Longwood University, followed by a transition into a graduate school Master of Social Work degree. During this time, I intend to gain experience in the field of social work through volunteer opportunities, internships, fellowship programs, and possible employment opportunities. With my intended population being adults and geriatrics, I would like to work towards competencies of life stages through application and experience. Post-graduate school I hope to immerse myself into building an independent human services agency for special communities within these populations.
