Interpretation: I hypothesized that families who have a higher family income would have more involvement during the activity. In other words, the higher the family’s income, the higher the involvement would be. For every one-unit increase in income, involvement increases by 0.0625 units. Therefore, it appears that the involvement of activity is positively related to income. This finding is not significant (p= .361). The R squared statistic is 0.01192 meaning that this model explains 1.192 percent of the variation in the dependent variable (involvement).
