Goal 11 – PHED 101

I took this class during the second semester of my sophomore year.  This class was different from most classes, as it is very hands on in the classroom.  Before each in-class activity, you had to fill out a worksheet and pick exercises related to the topic that week to perform in class.  This helped me better understand exercises that I can do to stay fit and healthy.  Every other week, I had to submit a monitoring report of my steps. In order to receive full credit, each week had to contain at least 70,000 steps, and have a summary of that week.  I thought that this was interesting to see my steps on days where I had practice, or days where I had a game, or any off days.  Below is the fourth monitoring report I submitted, which contains weeks 7 & 8.
