Hello All! My name is Alexa Zahringer and I live in Powhatan, VA! I am a Social Work major and received my Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work degree from Longwood University! I hope to one day become a Child Mental Health Therapist. I will continue my education at VCU and will receive my Master’s of Social Work with a concentration in Child and Family Services. I am a hard-working and kindhearted individual who strives to help others and make people’s lives better!
I aspire to practice transformational leadership in my future career as a social worker. Transformational leadership is solely based on inspiring your employees to strive to go above and beyond in the workplace and work together to achieve something. This seems like the most effective and efficient leadership style because the employer and the employees can work together, as a team, and strive to go above and beyond together!
