Human Behavior and Social Institutions
Sociology 105-05 // Fall 2021
In this class I got to test my knowledge and skill in knowing what is going on with the world and what happens “behind the scenes.”
I learned a lot about sociology and how society adjusts and reacts to certain things happening in the world. The biggest thing I learned was that there are a lot of voices that can say the same thing but it not mean anything to others.
Not only that but I am glad that I got the chance to take a class that was out of my comfort zone. I had learned a lot and got to use my voice.
Below I have a paper that I had to write a reflection about a reading from Ibram X. Kendi’s How to be an Antiracist, and it was about the topic of Power.
