My process for doing academic research has improved since the beginning of the semester. This class has taught me the proper way to do academic research. I evaluate sources by checking the credibility of the author or resource the source came from, such as a website. I chose sources that were relevant to the research and that were from trusted academic journals. I did not change sources for my final assignment. My attitude about research has improved over the semester. To me “thinking like a researcher” means thinking analytically and not taking anything at face value.
