Correspondence

For this assignment, we were prompted to write a bad news letter along with a persuasive letter. When writing the bad news letter, it’s important to focus on the positive, and what you can do to help the person rather than just focusing on the negative aspect. When writing the persuasive letter, it’s important to use language that is convincing but not excessive,  and to state your claims in a persuasive manner. I had never written letters like these before, so it was a challenge for me, but now I would feel more confident writing these in a future job position.
