In July 2019, I was chosen by professors to be an ambassador for the Longwood Therapeutic Recreation program. I found this to be a great honor. By being an ambassador, I have the opportunity to share with others how special therapeutic recreation is. My job as an ambassador is to help freshmen and undeclared students understand exactly what therapeutic recreation is and help them to decide if it is the right fit for them.
