Professor Smith did a great job of teaching about the Spanish culture and getting us to jump into the Spanish language
She challenged us to pair off and work until we were using the correct usage of the language. Languages, at their core, are meant to be communicated one-on-one. By putting us in paired situations, we had to sink or swim. I learned the value of interactive language usage that I think I’ll always be able to use as a teacher.
