My research experience includes performing research studies and compiling research articles for the purpose of presenting the information to a wider audience. I can use this experience to research disaster management techniques used in various parts of the world. I can also perform research studies regarding disaster management procedure to analyze their effectiveness and where they can be improved. This can be useful as it will allow for more effective disaster management procedures to be created in order to save more lives.

Open in new tab “Child Soldiers: Their Life within the Warzone” is a 10 page research paper I wrote for my English 111 class in 2015. The paper details the full life of a child soldier, from why and how they are recruited, what happens to them as a child soldier, and some ways that they are rehabilitated afterwards. I wrote this paper over the course of four weeks and the information I researched taught me a lot about the struggles that people from other countries go through that I didn’t know about before. This paper helped create my passion of wanting to work in a career that made a positive impact in people’s lives and has continued to motivate me to help people today.
