With already one year down at Longwood I am aware of how much the people you surround yourself with can impact your time here in college. Certain communities I have surrounded myself with already are my sorority of Zeta Tau Alpha, Longwood Company of Dancers, Nursing Majors, and of course the Honors College. I have found that all of these communities have enriched my college experience immensely in multiple ways. ZTA has become a sisterhood for me, Longwood Company of Dancers has been amazing to be a part of because it has allowed me to continue my passion for dance while studying to be a nurse, and the Honors College and Nursing Majors have allowed me to be surrounded with people who value their academics. Throughout my time at Longwood I hope to become even more involved in different communities.
