In conclusion, this ePortfolio is an illustration of my progress towards the course learning objectives of Active Citizenship Writing. It shows what I have learned and my progress from earlier projects such as the journal entries for chapters 4, 5, and 6 and the rhetorical analysis assignment to later assignments such as the common good project. I hope to connect the knowledge gained through this course to my life and hope to be a better more active citizen. I also want to use the rhetorical concepts and tools acquired through this course to improve my persuasive capabilities. This course has taught me the power of words and communication and I plan to use this knowledge responsibly and constructively. I also hope to implement these rhetorical tools in situations that may arise in my future profession in the Criminal Justice field.
