Educational Leadership Philosophy
My goal as an educational leader is to build successful relationships with all stakeholders by being transparent with my intentions for our school, as well as maintaining open-lines of communication. I want to collaborate with teachers and staff to create a learning community that is both compassionate, yet challenging. Our school will be known for having a staff who are dedicated to encouraging successful accomplishments of our students’ educational, social, and individual goals. My philosophy of education is that every child has the right to a safe, nurturing, learning environment. By having a nurturing and caring environment, we will instill in our students the love of life-long learning. Involve me and we learn together.
