Service is the self act of helping another. Here at Longwood, service is most evident due to the small class sizes and the professors. Service doesn’t always come naturally, it’s something instilled in the mind. Service is the drive to help another without hesitation or without having to be told to do so. Exceeding beyond expectations when it may be satisfactory to just be average.
