Infant and Child Development

Infant and Child Development is about the psychological and developmental changes that happen throughout infanthood and childhood. This was a very information and material heavy class. Every lecture contained a large amount of slides with lots of information on each side. And every piece of information was important, so this class required a lot of work. I did struggle some because there was just so much material to absorb. And because most of this material was new to me, it was a struggle to absorb so much brand new information. I do wish that this class explored more view points. I felt that the material was very set in one mind set.

My artifact is the reference page for a  group presentation about the effects of drugs on prenatal development. For this assignment, my group and I had to create a presentation about a child development topic that was not discussed in class. This assignment required outside research in order to create the presentation. Unfortunately, the powerpoint itself is too large to include on this page, so I will be adding the reference page instead.
