Identification and Collection of Data and the Plan, Do, Study, Act Model
Our data teams of teachers from each content area will collaborate, collect, examine and discuss data. After careful review, administration and the data team will identify the strengths and weaknesses found in each subject.
Different levels of data will be reviewed to get a broad view of what our school will need to improve upon in order to meet state level, school level, and classroom level goals and objectives to improve student achievement. This data will be organized into three groups:
Group 1
State and Division Level Data: This will be information on how the state is performing overall and our division-wide performance.
Group 2
School Level Data: This will be information specific to our school, content area, and/or teacher.
Group 3
Classroom Level Data: This will be information specific to the performance of an individual content area, classroom/test group, student, and/or teacher.
Contextual Data: Additional relative information not directly ascertained from assessment data that can inform causality.
