This ePortfolio contains some of my best work of the semester. Journal entries that were completed weekly, my Rhetorical Analysis, and my favorite, the Common Good Project. These projects allowed me to dig deeper into current issues, historical speeches, and become a citizen leader while creating a organization that helps people in the town of Farmville. English 400 will help me reach my goals as a citizen leader because I will know how to engage with my audience or clients in the field of Social Work. Whether that is writing policy, giving speeches, completing evaluations, or simply using these rhetorical tools in counseling sessions. I will not only be a stronger writer, but I can use these rhetorical tools in conversation as well. These rhetorical tools will transfer well into writing papers in graduate school and my career as a social worker.
