What does Service mean to me?

Service is my life. I live and breath to serve others. I recently joined Alpha Phi Omega, the service fraternity at Longwood, and it is undoubtedly the best decision I have made since becoming a student at Longwood University. Volunteering at the Woodlands Nursing Home, Camp Easter Seals, MOPS, you name it, has been the most amazing usage of my time. Service not only allows me to grow as a person and love every second of it, but delivering smiles and making a difference for others fills my heart with joy.
