Honors Classes

My Honors Classes:

Class 1- Citizen 110 Society and its Monsters

  • This class was a very fun challenge for myself personally. in this class we talked a lot about different problems in society and looked at all viewpoints and perspectives that we could think of. this made me have to think outside the box and really not show any bias when talking about different subjects. I had to look at the information process it and then form my opinion. We talked about all societal “monsters” which included all major conflicts within our country. It was an eye opening experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Class 2- Honors 165 Writing and Rhetoric

This class was very fun and I learned a lot about writing. Dr. Ruday was amazing and allowed us to share our ideas without feeling as though our answers would be silly or dumb. I learned about three type of writing that included, research, literature review, and free writing. I was able to use all three styles that i learned from Dr. Ruday into all of my following classes. I have learned so much about writing from this class and have continued to do well in the rest of my papers.
