HIST 110:
This history course that focused on modern western civilization fulfilled my Goal 7 General Education requirement and was also an honors course. The class allowed me to explore my way of creating connections between history and every day life.

Artifact Description:
This artifact was a paper that was focused on what we had learned in class and what we were able to dissect from the book ‘No god but God’. The essay is a strong representation of all my strengths and weaknesses in writing and in history. I was able to pick out what was considered important to produce this paper, but my structure and overall understanding of the depth of the knowledge given in the book is missing. I strongly believe that challenging myself with completing works like this will allow me reach my overall goal of taking advantage of writing and reading in order to receive the deeper meanings found in literature and my own pieces.
