In Chemistry 114-Organic Chemistry II Lab, my partners and I conducted an experiment testing the effects of bromated parabens. This project was interesting as the summer before this course, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Parabens are link to breast cancer as they bind to estrogen receptors. Through this we collected, organized, and evaluated what we found in order to make sense of how parabens truly destroy lives.
