Throughout this portfolio, you will see the significant work I have completed during my four years at Longwood University while working towards my degree in Social Work. In my last two years, I also spent over 700 hours at two field placements; Goochland Powhatan Community Service Board- Virginia House and Infant and Toddler Connection of the Heartland. Additionally, I have been able to fulfill student leader positions as a member of Phi Alpha (Longwood’s Social Work Honors Society), helping to plan the 2023 Annual Prevent-A-Thon while partnering with the community and agencies like SCAN.

After commencement in May, I will begin my journey to further my education in Social Work. I will attend Virginia Commonwealth University, where I will be enrolled in the MSW Advanced Standing Program, Class of 2024.
