This is another one of my favorite classes. This is a required class for liberal studies – elementary students. In the class we talked about how humans grow and develop and what to expect at different ages in the classroom. Our professor was a retired teacher which helped because she had actually been in the classroom teaching and knew what actually happened rather than what a textbook says happened. The class only had 9 people in it so we got to partner up and teach the chapters with the help of our professor. This helped us to really learn and understand the material because we were teaching it to others. A project we were assigned required us to interview children of three different ages and see where they were developmentally. I have attached my findings below.
