My name is Grace Starbird, and I am currently enrolled at Longwood University where  I am a senior and will be graduating with a B.S. in criminal justice with a minor in sociology. As a part of a research course I have conducted evaluation research surrounding the Head Start program in three rural Virginia counties Prince Edward County, Cumberland County, and Nottoway County.
